You have nothing to lose! This is an unconditional guarantee. You don't even have to come up with a good excuse. Just email us at  for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) Number. In the email, please provide us your Name, date of purchase, ordered and the invoice or order number located on your order receipt. Then, simply put that number on the box and ship it back to us.
In the event of a request for a refund on a product purchase, My-Air-Purifier.com will credit your credit card for the purchase price once the returned product is received in undamaged, working condition at the My-Air-Purifier.com office.
Simply pack the product and owner's manual in their original carton, in the same manner you received them, and return the product with the RMA number on the outside of the box. The product must be received at the My-Air-Purifier.com home office by the 70th day from the Shipping Date listed on the Invoice. Products sent back without the RMA number will be refused.
No refunds will be given for returned products with defects that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, alteration or modification. Refund policy is also void if the label bearing the product serial number has been removed or defaced. We also suggest you insure the product during shipping. If the product is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot refund your money.
Lastly, any product not returned in its original shipping carton or missing the owner's manual will be assessed a 5% restocking fee. Basically, until you know if you are happy - keep the box it came in.
